[Bug report] Stuck in egg : "Evolving to NO STRING 0%"

Hi,
I just played a game. I was skulk and tried to evolve my upgrades (or was I morphing ?; I believe I was upgrading thought). I think when I tried to upgrade the server lagged and some kind of race condition happened, cause every other players were playing on the map (and talking), while I was stuck in the egg.
I did ask other players how they saw me but we won too quickly after, so I didn't get any answer

That might also be related to trying to morph in the "crack" of the Computer's Lab of the summit map.
And I had 100 hp.... (dafuk ?)
