Unfortunately i don't have a recording or datalog, or know the cause of this issue, however,
Hopped into the alien hive on Descent. during the countdown to the match start the icon for natural cause death popped up and upon the match beginning, the screen was black...the mini-map and building selection ui was still there (albeit greyed out) but i couldn't see anything and couldn't eject. Team didn't eject me either (despite pleas over voice comm). Didn't try F4 to solve the issue (ready room then rejoin team). In the end i just reconnected to the server and problem was solved.
If it occurs again i'll be sure to grab a screenshot at least... Something to look out for though.
