"random" and "stuck" commands should be standard options

Being able to force random teams is great when people are determined to stack. You know the type... the game ends and in the blink of an eye they're already at the marine or alien team joining location, jumping all over each other. Meanwhile everyone else is just sitting there, not willing to join the other team because they're not interested in another one-sided slaughter. Ideally a "force random teams" function could be added to the GUI somewhere, similar to "eject commander" but only available before a game has begun.
On the rare occasion you get stuck in a map glitch somewhere, it's great to have the option to have the game give you a bump back into a playable area. Maybe this could be added as a commander ability. I think I've seen spikes work sometimes, but not as reliably as the "stuck" command... you could make it so that if an alien is directly selected with the "spikes" ability they automatically get bumped into a playable area.
I guess these are things only custom servers have currently? I don't know how that works, I've never run a server. Anyway, I think they should always be available.
