Change the way random team select works.

currently random team select simply assigns you to the team with the fewest players which is fine during a game in progress but doesnt really help when people are joining teams before match start.

Instead i think that the random team select should move you to a sort of spectator mode until the match beings, meaning all random players will not be asigned a team until match start so nobody knows which team they will be on and cant predict their team select based on current team numbers. Obviously once the match begins random would simply assign players to the teams with less players it would obviously attempt to balance the teams but assigning players in the random pool at random

Holy shit is this an actual good idea in the UWE forums, 100% chance sewlek mod will never have this and instead arcs will take 3 marines to setup, 2 marines to build RTs on opposite sides, commander will have a draw a complete circle on the map complete before a scan takes place and numerous other team engaging team work designs.
