As far as I know - nope. The way I've done it is to use line to to make a vertice on each line close to the intersect point, use move tool to make sure they are lined up, and then weld them.
Unfortunately I feel like almost everything in Spark causes off the grid vertices. Use Snap to Min Grid VERY frequently.
edit: Also this means your line might not be the same as it once was - since you have to snap to grid and the intersect likely isn't on grid. You'll have to adjust one end just to have the two sides of the line have the same slope.
