[Bug] Alt-tab sometimes causing pink/dodgy textures

I've had this a few times, not always when commanding (I accidentally hit alt tab a lot while talking and looking at the scoreboard to see how many people are dead).

Today I had it again, here's what it looks like:

The only lines in the console I found that indicate a problem occurred say:

Error: IDirect3DDevice9::Reset to 1920x1200 failed (Device Lost)

It has only happened to me when alt tabbing.

Figured I'd post my screenie too. This has only happened to me once. Same with alt tabbing. I didn't look at anything funky in the console or anything though.

Looks like you got normal maps all over the place!

Ever since Gorgeous, if I alt-tab out of the game I have to wait for all the textures to re-load. (Starts off black).

Yeah, it replaces the textures with the normal maps. It's crazy! Had it happen yesterday

Until you get a better reply, using windowed borderless will treat the problem, since it's still open all the time.
