When you parasite someone, they glow yellow.
When you see someone in alien vision, they're yellow.
Assuming there's three marines shooting at you in combat, you have no way of telling which are parasited and which are not.
Add some sort of visual indicator- perhaps a deeper yellow or -anything- that lets us know which is worth parasiting and which isn't.
