I can't find the bug report forum. which tab is it under?

I'm having a problem. Occasionally my esc key gets rebound to the taunt button and I can't exit the server I'm in without using the console. I'll post more info once I figure out exactly what is doing it. I think it might have something to do with jumping in the command chair.
