Sometimes mods will not download from servers

Just wondering if it's only me. I always have to get them manually but sometimes they download normally. Is there anyone who never has to download them manually when joining a server? Just want to know if it is a firewall issue or something.

    Not sure about this. Every so often when joining a server it says something like 'Missing Mod'. I just look for another server. Not too sure about why it happens but it can be anoyying

    ^When that happens you just open up console and see the mod it could not download. Then manually go to the workshop and subscribe/let it download and you can connect. I just want to know if it is a network/firewall issue or if everyone gets it.

    Sometimes deleting the workshop folder can resolve issues like this.
