Can't start server

Hello.
I cannot start my own server anymore.
Since patch 242 (and now 243) after i go "start server" or to "explore mode" the game just sits there saying "starting local server" and nothing more happens.

What can i do?

Sorry, problem seems fixed for now. Just deleted the cache and everything is working fine.
Time to teach some rookies how to play.
