Custom server log paths via -logdir command

Not sure it was ever noted anywhere, but NS2 now includes a method to output the server log.txt file to a different directory than the default APPDATA one. Just add this to your launch parameters: 
-logdir [path]
Where [path] is the directory for your log.txt file.
