Can't Join any server "Missing Mod" Weird log.

I played fine yesterday, but today when I was going to join a server and I got that error. I checked the console and here's the log

Ive removed whole mod folder in appdata and still get this error ive verified the cache files also but nothing works :s

    I had this type of error a month ago. Tempest thought it had something to do with steam workshop and my download location. I switched it to a different location, deleted mods folder, restarted and it worked.

    I think for some random reason you end up downloading mods with gibberish ascii characters... from what I've heard just delete your download folder and it should fix itself.

    I've already done that! Did not help :(

    Changed download location from Sweden to Germany so I guess something is up with ACSII :s

    It worked by changing country.
