FPS plummets when scoreboard is open

I get a flat -50 FPS every time I open the scoreboard, sometimes more, never less. Only happened since 241 patch, not during gorgeous I think, definitely not before the last 2 content updates.

I used to think it was only when moving around the map as alien but after some testing it's anywhere.
