Steam game disappeared

well i preordered Natural Selection 2 last year and i played it until yesterday because suddenly the game wasnt in the steam game list and when i try to re enter the code its says it still is activated in my account and all steam support said that the key has been resetted but the key still is linked to my account can you somehow help me? i am very frustrated

    If you did buy it from a 3rd part reseller which is not one of the 2 (or the 3rd as steam itself), I would very very very much urge you to get your money back from them.
    If it IS from steam itself or one of the 2 official resellers, by all means tell us. Im sure they want to know. :)

    You also may PM one of the uwe staff directly with the reseller in question?
    Im unsure if they need it, but cant hurt to ask.
