[Server browser] Added Functonality

- I would love to see the server browser updates according to the increasing or decreasing value.
Say i want to sort on players or ping. I press that column and the sorting is done automatically. Not pressing my preference a second time in the updating process.
- It would be nice the server browser saves my last preference. Say last time i sorted on server name, the next time the serves will be sorted on sever names.
- A ping mode would be nice. If you have a server list, instead of refreshing it all you just refresh/ping the list you allready have. A realtime update would be the most beautifull thing (steam does this, right?). But i can imagine this would result in thousants of requests in a single second.
- Server blacklist, to choose which servers to avoid in the refresh.
- A way to see your recently played servers.
- A way to favourite a server from ingame.
- When kicked (idle too long) you see the kicked window. A simple reconnect button would be handy (typing reconnect in the console works too, but a little button is more elegant).
