Commander Hotkeys + Hotkeys for Lefties

Hi NS2 Team and Forum,
First of all i want to say that i love NS2!! However,
Since I come from the RTS genre in general and especially Starcraft 2 I am a Hotkey maniac. I want to Hotkey each and every thing as a commander.
It is already possible to Hotkey the different buildings, however if you hit the hotkey once the building is selected and if you hit it twice noting happens. It would be great if on being hit twice the hotkey causes the screen to jump to the hotkeyed thing as in pretty much every rts game
Furthermore it would be nice if you could hotkey marines/aliens in order to have your best players hotkeyed or whatnot, also with the option to hit the hotkey twice and jump to their location. (also the hotkey should not be removed after death)
Another thing is that I am lefthanded -.- It would be great if there was a hotkey set that focuses on the right side of the keyboard to make it easier for the lefthanded comms out there.
What i am also missing is the option to hotkey different screen locations with ctrl + F1-F12. This would be very helpful!
And finally, as much as I like the preset grid hotkeys with qwer, please add the option to change individual hotkeys. This would kind of make the hotkey set for lefties unnecessary, however it would still be nice to have
