My microphone is all staticly only in NS2

For some reason and only in this game when i try talking in-game people tell me my mic sounds staticly and they cant hear me clearly when check my mic level in options the indicator is jumping like crazy. For some reason this is only happening with NS2 i've tried recording my mic and it has np and i also play other games like l4d2 and bo2 and both them dont have a problem i always use mic in games because its 100x faster and better than typing. Is anyone else having this problem?
And i've tried messing around in options re-plugging my mic, also have tried reinstalling sound drivers nothing seems to work.
