random lock ups

So i just recently bought this game installs fine ,join server and it keeps randomly just freezing up for like 1-5 seconds every half a minute or so.I also see a bunch of failed to load model whatever and a bunch of other errors.
What i tried
revalidating the game files in steam
unninstalling installing the game
wont fix it

oh,and this symptom seems to reduce massivelly in the first like 1-2 minutes,to the point where it is just an annoyment ,it rarely happens in combat sitautions but rather mostly when the game says
waiting for spawn,and rarely when playing the game..

Sounds like your computer can barely handle the game. Try lowering all the graphics settings?

nah its not that,my computer runs it on all max settings nice at 40-30 fps all the time.All im getting is these 1 second freezes once in a while...Its just an annoyance because it never happens in combat.

Could you please post your console logs here? Makes it much easier to see what's going on.
