NS2 at recommended specs

I'm a bit curious what kind of gameplay people are getting on a PC with exactly the recommend NS2 specs. If you have a 3 Ghz core 2 duo with a GTX 450 or AMD 5770, and 4 GB of RAM, please post what kind of in-game framerates you get. If possible, use 1920x1080 resolution (or 1366x768 resolution if you cannot support that), to make it easy to compare with others. Also, if you have modified any video settings (like atmospherics), please specify.

Recommended NS2 specs (from http://store.steampowered.com/app/4920 ):
OS:Windows 7 32/64-bit / Vista 32/64 / XP
Processor:Core 2 Duo 3.0 ghz
Memory:4 GB RAM
Graphics:DirectX 9 compatible video card with 1GB, AMD 5770, NVidia GTX 450 or better
DirectX®:9.0
Hard Drive:5 GB HD space
Other Requirements:Broadband Internet connection

my brother tried it with a system simlar to the reccomended, with more ram. Barely playable on Low (30fps early game, sub 15 during late)

Would be great to see some people with recommended or minimum spec computers posting in the official benchmark thread. The free version of FRAPs can easily be used to do this and as long as you don't try to record a video at the same time, has no impact on your performance. However, from scrolling through the results from people who are close to the recommended specs:

NOTE: Many of these benchmarks are from old, beta builds, so their performance is likely going to be quite a bit higher now (i.e. view these as worst-case scenarios, rather than true game performance right now).

for competitive purposes i'm still unhappy with 50-70 fps... for some reason it feels a lot more choppy than i would expect. i'm quite a bit higher than recommended specs with graphics options turned down.

perhaps i'm just spoiled by tf2 and its silky smooth 132 fps (120hz monitor). although 50-70 fps is great compared to most ppl, so i can't complain too much.
