I've watched a few of GORGEous' twitch.tv vids, and found them incredibly informative and helpful - definitely recommend to watch as many of these vids from really good players (there are plenty of such players who stream!).
I'm always on a quest to get better and learn about this game, and while I'm still a very, very long way off, vids/streams like these are exceptionally helpful.

I don't think any arc guys stream except for scrajm (commander) who occasionally uploads to youtube.
