Diff patches for Workshop?

Does anyone know how or if it's possible to only upload differential patches (only what has changed) to the Workshop? Having to download an entire mod for just a few changes is rather nuts when the bulk of a mod hasn't changed.

    I don't believe so. You could make a mod that contains only the assets and another that contains the code. It would be awkward, but help alleviate the issue.
