I know UWE has said something about releasing armor that changes with armor upgrades and new alien skins.
I have an idea to throw out. How about lerks, gorges, and skulks have a small model and skin change, making them have a single eyeball in their mouths, rather than on their head.
It could also work for Onos and Fade but it might look silly, or really creepy.
It would have no affect on gameplay of course.
