The current concede immediately ends the round, causing the conceding team to loose. Here's a more interesting alternative...
When a team concedes, after 10 seconds, a "<teamname> Concede Challenge" message immediately appears to both teams. After 10 seconds, the conceding team is given reduced (20%) damage on all attacks and reduced (20%) resource production. They are also not allowed to build any more ccs/hives. (A team may only concede if it has more one cc/hive and the match has played for 5+ minutes.
The other team must then kill the conceding team's cc/hive in before the challenge time (of 100 seconds?) is up. If they cannot kill it in the allotted time, then the conceding team is given a permanent damage boost (200%) and resource production boost (200%) from normal, plus half of the opposing team's res. In addition, any dead conceding team members immediately respawn.
If the same team concedes a second time, then it would immediately end the game. (This could be done before the challenge is over if desired).
