faster time out pls!!

every time i tap out of the game it crashes - not so bad, because this will get fixed very soon i guess 
but here we go:
i have to restart the game and reconnect.
but i cant rejoin the server because WHY?
because on the server i am still "timing out".
instead of realizing that this person who want to connect,
is already registered on the server and so just giving me my slot back
with all my res and stuff (like going to the ready room and rejoining the team)
the server blocks my attempts to reconnect and
that for quite a long time!
this behavoir did cost us two rounds at a pcw today,
so pls, fix this too
