What was the most recent patch and when will be the next one? Will it be a content update?

    Next patch will be the content update they'be been planning. The plan is to release it mid to late February.

    Perhaps they will slip another small patch in before the content update, but I doubt it.

    They usually give small updates every 2 weeks. Last one was 8 days ago with a hotfix a day after. I guess we could expect a small update next week since it is almost 2 weeks. Or they might release the content patch. If it's late Feb, then we will probably see a smaller update.
