Have the commander view ignore Occlusion Geometry

I understand that occlusion geometry is useful to the players as it saves them from trying to render the entire map at once. But for the commander, as they have a top-down view of a flat playspace, occlusion geometry is little more than a hindrance. It means that sometimes the commander is blocked from seeing and supporting units/structures that are within their field of view that would otherwise be visible.

As far as I understand how the culling works in comm view, it's based on distance rather than specific geometry. I've never experienced any practical problems with the current limits as much of the area where this would occur (the edges of the screen) are covered by HUD elements.

The main map I've noticed it on is my own, drydosity; which has a decent amount of height variation. One thing that might be a factor is that I've set my occlusion geometry up as high walls around the rooms, instead of as closed boxes with ceilings.
I've also noticed it on a few other maps with cysts not appearing until you're directly over the room. One specific example I can think of is that on Tram, you can't see the Platform node when you're centered over the top of the stairs to Server.

I would say that is more to do with the view distance limit of 1578" and not occlusion geo - of course this would be easy to test in your map but removing the occlusion geo :)
