Launcher bug under Win8

When I start the launcher.exe under WIN8 and I want to create a new mod I do get the new mod windows. The OK button however is not on the screen so I cannot confirm.

Win7 works fine only win8.

question, why in blaises do you even HAVE windows 8? Any problems are msofts fault. you can't expect that broken piece of trash to run angry birds, let alone natural selection 2.

29,99€ ($39,99) and with voucher 15€ for legal copy.. Win 8 working just fine but latest patch did broke something..

I can extend the window horizontally but not vertically.

    Edit:
Win7/vista/xp sp3 compatability mode gives this:
    1Vj5a

You have scaled up fonts and ui elements in windows.

So for now you can fix it(if i am correct) by reducing it to 100% (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Make-the-text-on-your-screen-larger-or-smaller), until uwe makes it scale properly.

Not really a windows fault... just a not too optimal designed ui for the launcher. (seems like the property window has fixed height => it cant scale and fit the ui elements anymore with the 125% and 150% settings)

Setting this to 100% indeed solved the problem. I however havn't changed it to 125% in the first place. I think it's th default setting for win8 isn't it?

Wasnt a default for me when i switched to win8.

So far i haven't heard that windows would choose this smartly on its own.(but its possible i guess) So for example if you have a touch capable monitor, or depending on monitor size and resolutions. (it really makes sense for ppl that dont see well or depending on hardware - also it usually shouldnt cause any problems, sadly sometimes programmer forget to let their software play nice with it...)

What I do know is, that depending on computer some companys make it a standard setting. (for example i have a touch all-in-one at work that had it as a default from the vendor)

The default was also 100% for me. Just curious @Mindstorm, what's your native monitor resolution? Maybe it'll do that if you have a huge monitor.

sorry for the late reply. 1920x1080. 22". I just checked a collegue of mine (same hardware) but he did not have it set to 125%. So maybe I just changed it for whatever reason and I can't remember it.
