New Marine Idea/Suggestion

Here what i got on my mind. Hope you will like it.
I was thinking about a new Tier 2 upgrade for the Marine. A support one. Would likely be named The Engineer.
Here what i think an Engineer would do.
1- Able to use an ubgraded Welder (maybe a dual Welder).
2- Build and repair much faster than normal Marine.
3- Become lightly Armed by removing the Light Rifle/ShotGun/Grenade Launcher/Flame Thrower but keeping the Pistol. Also, greatly increase the damage of the upgraded welder.
4- Increase his Armor and/or HP for make him more durable.
5- Since a Tier 2 Upgrade, The Engineer will requiert an Upgraded Factory, Phase Tech, Tier 2 Armor Ups and Welder researched to be able to research it at either the Armory or at the Factory.
6- The cost of the Upgrade would be arround 50 Ressources and arround 35 Ressources for purchase as a Marine.
7- The engineer would be able to move like a marine speed but removing his Sprint ability.
8- Allow him to drop his Engineer suit anytime. If he get tired.
Here's the good part.
9- The Engineer will be able to move arround the map Light Building (Sentry, Sentry Generator, Obs, IP) At the cost of Movement Speed (-30%/-40%) plus 5 ressources by building. Also, allow the commander to put a restriction on certain building to counter the possible Troll Player who would pick up building and go suicide him self with it.
10- The Engineer would also have a portable armory on his back. With limited supply. Marine could resuply and heal him self while looking at the back of the Engineer. Same working method as the real armory work. The Engineer will need to visit an Armory to refill his limited supply of this portable armory.
11- Make the Engineer able to do a room scan. The scan will reveal all invisible unit and mark them on the minimap in the room he's at for him and all his teammate. The scan would cost 15 ressources plus making him immobile for the duration of it. Also, the commander will need to research the Tech.
12- The Engineer will also have an upgraded flashlight (Would likely be a spot of light with energy cost, same work as the JetPack gas system).
This is some random idea. Ok, some of them look buffed and others are good one and some totally useless, but like i said it's an idea i had and i only wanted to share it.
