Marine loadout.

I think marines should have a loadout feature when they buy weapons from the armory. I don't know about you but I'm tired and reluctant to buy weapons like shotguns because I just know as soon as I do buy something, I'm going to die and someone else is going to steal my gun or possibly disappear. I think loadouts could be a good thing because the marines will spawn with the guns they bought, they should also have more choices in weapons, and it should come in 4 slots: primary, secondary, melee, and utility. Jetpacks and exo suits are not included in loadouts and thus can't spawn with them.
Here's my ideas of weapon loadout locations and possible future weapons:
Primary-LMG, shotgun, auto-shotgun(6 rounds), double-barreled shotgun(2 rounds), flamethrower, grenade launcher, HMG(same as LMG but with 100 rounds, 1 extra clip)
Secondary-Standard pistol, revolver(6 rounds), welder(relocated)
Melee-Combat knife(weak, I envision it as the starting weapon), axe(good vs buildings), machete(long ranged version of combat knife)
Utility-Mines, hand grenades, night vision goggles, gas mask(resistance against spores), bandolier(extra ammo capacity), catalyst(steroids)
Now I know what you're thinking, marines will just shotgun rush as soon as it's researched and then it's game over for the aliens. I thought ahead and came up with a solution. Individual marines start with no resources and other things like some, if not all, utility items don't spawn with you so you still have to buy them every time they're used/lost. If you die, you no longer drop your gun but can drop things like mines. Also another thing is that if you want to replace a loadout item(shotgun for grenade launcher), you'll get no refund so you have to plan ahead. And as further insurance, if the advanced armory is destroyed, no access to top tier weapons until a new one is built.
Speaking of tiers, there should be 3 of them: starting, upgraded, and advanced. Now, all armories give you access to all researched weapons since it's just a health dispenser and weapons menu. For the commander, upgrades should come in packs while advanced are individually researched. Weapons in tiers are as follows:
Tier 1-Starting weapons include LMG, shotgun, and hand grenades. These are readily available from the start.
Tier 2-Upgraded weapons include auto/DB-shotgun pack, secondary pack, melee pack, utility pack
Tier 3-Advanced weapons include flamethrower, grenade launcher, HMG
I'm sure I went a little over the top and maybe this is even flawed but I'm open to hear what you think about it.
