Incorrect structure health bars and build percentages

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has this issue, and UWE is probably aware of this. Just thought it should be mentioned again.
Sometimes the health bars of structures, or their build percentages, are wrong. This happens quite regularly.
Examples:
<ul><li> A Harvester building (and/or maturing?) shows an empty health bar when you axe it as a Marine, but is not dead. Further damage is required to kill it.</li><li> When using a welder to build a Marine structure (especially Observatory), often it shows as built (100% built on welder display) but is not finished.</li><li> The build percentage is wrong when you build a Marine structure along with a MAC (with or without welder). Sometimes the build percentage stops increasing at all (but you are still contributing to the build process - this only happened to me when using a welder).</li></ul>
It appears these wrong health bars appear when there are too many influences (welders build faster, MACs, Harvester is building or maturing,...)
A related issue might be that the Skulk death sound plays before a Skulk is actually dead (maybe it does not consider extra armor from Carapace or something).

When a structure is dropped it has a certain health (it doesn't start a 0hp because that wouldn't make sense, it could die with a parasite). Structure health increases with the build process until the fully built status. So it has 2 different values, structure health and building percentage. This is the same for the alien structures, they slowly increase their HP until fully built (when on infestation). That's why you see it like it has no health, but it's actually slowly increasing.
Since it was confusing to just make it 100% health and no construction progress, the devs made the welder contribute to the build process (after all it's an attachment to the builder tool!).
That may explain some welder oddities, but still:
<ul><li> Harvesters have an empty health bar but are still not dead. Does not happen with other structures (like an unfinished Hive). The health bar is empty, the Harvester is not dead, and there is no indication whatsoever of how damaged it really is. Is this simply a matter of the Harvester health bar not updating after you start attacking it, even if it still gains HP? (in that case, it should update like in every other game:-)</li><li> Shouldn't the welder show less than 100% until a structure is fully built? Or can a buidling have full HP before it is fully built? Because it does show 100% before it is finished.</li><li> Sometimes the build/health percentage STOPS when a MAC joins the build/repair process. Even if it increased before the MAC joined.</li></ul>
Those seem to be actual bugs, don't they? Or did i miss something?.

Yes they may show no health but they probably have like 1 or it's just building faster than you are doing damage. This happens a lot with harvesters since they're getting 28 health per second while building and you're only doing 25 per hit with the axe.
Yes it can have full hp before it's build. The build time is always the same whether or not you use the welder or normal build tool. The only exception is the power node which builds faster with the welder. But the welder has the side effect of raising the hp faster so that the building is less likely to be destroyed if you're killed while building it.
The last one I'll have to look into but I don't recall that being the case from my experience.
