A highlighted version so you don't have to skip the opening nonsense.

That was some great games by both teams! Kudos to all-In, especially that last game. They did very well.

Wow, talk about an upset. No offense to All-In, but I expected Inversion to run the NA branch of ENSL S1.

Also, would love to have some warning regarding these semi-final matches. 12 hours would be all you need to give.

lol @ the spreading ARCs everywhere tactics. Still though marines were sitting on so much res first match in veil and they still had a hard time winning. And colt in that dualie going down so fast vs gorgeous and Joel. Man those things die as soon as skulks get close enough to disorient. Probably most interesting game I've seen.

I've seen Joel and Colt in pubs and they are some of the most frustrating players to go up against.

Watching these games is great, but... I must see All-In vs Nexzil as it happens. Anyone know who the refs/broadcasters will be?

EDIT: The last round was extremely exciting, watching All-In continuously bust into those hives and down those harvesters. I was on edge waiting for the res lock, but no matter how well they avoided it, there was no chance to come back. Damn well played!

You and Virsoul did a good job commentating the match! There were some great games and everybody should watch at least one round.

PS- I sent you a friend request on Steam, Bitey!

Please don't spoil the games in the very title of the thread, some of us don't have the availability to watch live, this forum is horrible for spoilers.

They were very good games. I was surprised at the 3 marine wins, to be honest. And yes, that Exo death was fairly bad, although tbh I was more concerned with keeping Jonacrab's onos at bay and out of the choke hallway off of the Jetpacks more than I was worried about skulks. Miscommunication really on lifeform management; didn't expect to have to kill the skulks too much until too late, and then it was too late (Once i realized the 2 JP's were inside Cargo, not back with the arcs/myself). Was more pressuring to keep that onos out of the arcs / out of range of the jetpacks/exo hallway where the onos has the advantage.

Not often you get to use exo in 6v6.

Regarding the time, it was spur of the moment. We decided to play less than 30 minutes before we started playing. Most of us hadn't even played any NS2 that day. Still, it was fun and every game could have gone either way with a little more teamwork/skill/luck on either side.

Yeah, having finished watching all the matches, they were very close. It was also nice to see a mix of wins, rather than the 3-0/4-0 stomps that seem to makeup the majority of ENSL matchups.

I looked at this video with much anticipation for some real high level play.

Instead what I found was some extremely uncoordinated play. I have seen better, more strategic play on public servers with 2-3 rookies on each side. I stopped at the third match, out of sheer disgust and disappointment.

I don't disagree that the teams played badly, and if you're familiar with them then it shouldn't be a surprise, but man if you're looking for good high level play you are watching the wrong game
