memory leak error... anyone else get this?

I had to reboot the server box this morning and when I hit ctrl+c in the server console to shut it off and I see a message that says something like "90 memory leaks in materials (992349234598)" The numbers in the brackets are not correct, I am using that just for example. Ever since version 237 of the dedicated server I get this message when closing out if the server has been busy all night. In addition since 237 if I do ctrl+c the server will not just close. It hangs, locks up and says "unresponsive" for about 6 seconds then closes.

I am more concerned about the memory leak issue though.

This is what it looks like when I CTRL+C

The leak report is at the bottom and in case your thinking it possibly has something to do with the DAK mod it did that before I even added it to the server.

To close the server, Press tab and click on the grey window that pops up, press the tilde (~) console key and type exit. See if that crash still occurs.

No it does not, it closes properly.

However, when the dedicated server starts is clearly says at the top "press ctrl-c to exit" and that method used to always work fine until release 236 & 237 came about so clearly there is something amiss.
