[B237] Bug with infestation not spreading to node

<div class="IPBDescription">Might only be ns_mineshaft, but... maybe not?</div>This happened to me as alien commander this evening. I was cysting into central drilling, and placed a cyst below the stairs leading to the southern-most resource node. The infestation failed to spread all the way to the node, so I went to try and drop a cyst right next to the node at the higher elevation. That cyst was instead placed on the upper walkway, and so it didn't affect the stuff below. I couldn't place cysts anywhere else near that node due to the recent B236 changes with not being able to place cysts too close together anymore. Combined with the upper-level cyst, I simply could not place that harvester ever.

Some things I think could be done to help this. First, that node is pretty hard for the alien commander to place due to the structures above. If it could be relocated somehow, so that the overhanging stuff doesn't interfere with comm vision, that would be great.

A second thing would be to enable alien commanders the ability to kill off their cysts if there's a problem with infestation spreading. I don't advocate for recovery of the resources spent, but at least it would free up the location for planting a new cyst to see if there's a better way to get the infestation to where you need it.

Also, something related to this: Infestation is very finicky about spreading to different levels - as in, it doesn't. This is quite frustrating sometimes as com, especially with the new minimal distance restrictions. i.e. in the image above, I feel like the cyst nearest to the southern RT on the lower level should spread its infestation up the stairs as well, and you shouldn't even have to place the cyst on the south side. The cysts' infestation doesn't seem to go up ramps or stairs at all.

These issues could be avoided completely if structures were placed exactly where the cursor is pointing at, not at the first geometry that is hit from somewhere above that cursor location.

I've noticed that sometimes in areas that look like it has no creep, you can still build on for some reason.
