How long does it take to change ingame name?

I changed my steam name like 5 hours ago but my natural selection 2 name is still the same old one, how long does it take for the game to update it?

anyway to push it thru faster?

Type name "enter name between quotes"

The game name is separate.

In options, literally first option available Name:
It only inherits from steam the first time, then it's independent.
