When I extrude a polygon I used to get a default material that covered the inside of the box. Now I don't. Each face is transparent. And I don't know what I clicked or how to turn it back on.
(I have already restarted spark editor that did not fix it.)
EDIT* several restarts may not fix the issue. By opening a pre-existing map that already has the default texture, I was able to start a new map afterwards that included the default texture upon extruding.
