Freezing then Crashing

Ever since I got this game, my game will randomly freeze. It will freeze up and just stop responding. I don't hear looping sounds. Nothing at all. The screen doesn't go black. I have to end the process. I don't know why it happens and often times I am not around someone. It happened to me once when I was comming, thought it usually happens when I am running around as an actual unit. It has happened as both marine and alien. I don't know how to recreate it because it seems to be relatively random. My specs are perfectly fine the game. I often run 60+ frames. CPU is fine and so is my RAM. Any ideas?

Seems like a pretty common issue to be honest. Hopefully it gets fixed in the next patch.

You can, however, run <b>TechSupport.exe</b> from your Natural Selection 2 folder after a crash (before relaunching the game). This creates a zip file you can submit to tech support.

This happens to me a lot as well. Also I've had it kick me to black screen and force me to hard reboot. Ctrl+Alt+Delete won't even work.
