You guys made an awsome game and I know your doing your verry best to keep inproving it.
I got a question (maybe a tip?). For some reason the male marine model (male.model in Natural Selection 2\ns2\models\marine\male) is 200MB in file size. ProcessMonitor logs tell me that this is the largest file loaded ingame (2nd place is 22MB aliens sound file and 3th is 18mb onos.model).
Since loading a (random, first one) map reads about 800MB reducing the marine model to 40MB would probably increase loading times by 20%.
Maybe there's a perfectly valid reason for this file to be so large I just wanted to make a note out of it.
