Help , My screen is black

Help , i don ' t know what happend

i login to game but my screen is Black all screen

in game i can try move mouse to click menu and music run Normal , but i can 't see anymore becuase it black all screen

i try to Uninstall and install again , i try to check file game form steam but this not work !!
