There are a load of people who want to be a little helpful regarding teaching new guys ..
I'd suggest making one or two servers 'Training Server's .. where all_talk is on (not sure if there's a ns2 equiv, assuming its sv_alltalk)
You might be reliant on guys willing to help a bit, but tbh, you could do it for 1 or 2 servers for a day or so and see if there's any pickup
'knowitalls' might be able to jump into spec and try coach via mic/chat
