Mods won't work, won't download

I can't get any mods to download and work and I don't know why. I check my mods list and they just sit at downloading(0%) and then say unavailable and go back to downloading(0%) again. I've tried to set them to active and not active.

Are these mods your own creation?
If yes:
you might have uploaded it once incorrectly.
Had the same problem when I tried to "update" my mods via deleting the old mod version in the launchpad-publisher and creating a new one with the same name.

If not:
go to your C/user/yourusername/appdata/roaming/natural selection 2/workshop directory and look for your mod that doesnt work, delete the mod folder then and download/subscribe them again.
