Location Names as Commander and Health Colors

I'm not sure if it's been posted, but as a commander, I'd like to see the names of areas in my map.
Next, I'd like it so that as I take damage, the color changes on the health/armor numbers that get more and more red. If I'm at 10% health for instance, the health numbers would be REALLY red than say 50% health. Also, you could do the same for alien energy. I suggest this because sometimes when you fight, you are too busy focusing on dodging and aiming and this would be easier to monitor your health gauge: "Oh it's really red, I better get out of here as a fade!".
