Help on settings ?

Hi , so i bought this game and it doesnt run that well on my system.
I know that this is an indie developer and you dont have a large development team like Ea or Ubisoft has.
But so far i havent found any good tips to improve my fps even a little bit 10-15 . I am getting 20 fps on low - medium settings and this is unplayable for me :(
So if anyone has any tips please help me

CPU : Amd Phenom x6 1100T @ 3.8 GhZ - Coolermaster 212 + EVO
GPU : Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560 TI @ 900 MhZ
RAM : 4 GB DDR3 @ 1333 mhz
HDD : 2 TB WD
RES : 1280 x 1024
