Custom Marine Skin for Reserved Slots?

Would it be possible to have a custom skin be set for players who have a reserved slot on a server? Also does anything like this exist? I know you can do client side changes, though it will only appear for just you, is there a way to do this on the whole server?

it's possible, but the mod will get to big and the most people cant download by joining the server,
and the server will be dead fast.

it whose possible before but now steam workshop will fu** you over no Idea why.
i used 2 skin mod`s on my server Mr.P combat server but now i cant use it any more
