Stuck on Pre-Caching

<div class="IPBDescription">Load screen sticking issues.</div>Hey! Just got the game in the sale, and I can't play it :C
I've been looking for fixes but can't seem to see any.
So, whenever I join any game, I get the initial loading screen. I do the initialising and map-loading just fine, but when it comes to precaching it just stops. The game doesn't freeze or anything, the dial beside the loading notifications keeps spinning every so often, but I just get "Precaching: (0)%"
I thought it may just be a slow load time, so I left it for ages and played on my Xbox. By the time the map was switching from the game I had started loading in the beginning to the next game, my precaching was still at 0%
Not really sure how to fix this, hopefully somebody has a topic I have missed in my searches or perhaps can help me resolve it! Thanks! :D
