Unbindable 'L' key

I am left handed and was really excited to get into this game. But the L key being unbindable completely prevents me from playing it at a competent level. I've never had this problem with any other game.

    I'm in the exact same position! I made a thread about this as well but haven't received a reply at all. :\ Hopefully we'll get a fix for this.

    Forums really are the worst kind of tech support. T___T If we can't get a fix I'm going to try to see if steam will refund it for me. :(
