Can I run this?

I have been thinking about picking this game up, as it looks like a really innovative rps/rts hybrid. However my only concern is if my system specs are up to par. I am not computer savvy at all, so I am unable to tell just by looking at the posted system requirements. My laptop is fairly new, and it is able to run most newish games fine. My system specs are as follows

AMD A10-4600M Quad core 2.30 GHz
AMD Radeon HD 7660G
6G of Ram
Windows 8 64 xbit

Any help with discovering my computers capabilities would be greatly appreciated.

    As I see it, your CPU isn't very powerful and you'd not get a high enough of FPS for the game to be decently playable, maybe max 30 FPS at mid-game. The minimum CPU specs are Dual core at min 2.6 GHz.
