So I've been using the mods part of the webinterface, has been working well up until now, list has empty items.
Also, I can't get the ns2_caged_beta map to work, when connecting to the server with this map running, clients get the message: file not found.

thread bump, anyone know which files I should delete/change to clear up the list?

The easiest thing to do might be a fresh install. Reinstalling mods in NS2 does not really take any time unlike games like cs:s and thus fresh server installs are quick and easy.

This is what mine always looks like. And so I've avoided the web interface like the plague, do you have to use it?

Whenever people get file not found on a map rotation, I find it's usually because the maps mod ID isn't properly put in the MapCycle.json file. I guess the equivalent to this by the web admin is the active maps list. In your screenshot the ns2_caged_beta isn't in that panel, do your other custom maps work?

Haven't used any of the custom maps really as custom maps haven't worked well last time I tried, I'll try updating the mapcycle.json once I have this sorted.
I'm quite fond of the webinterface for quickly moving people around or kicking/banning.
Would do a reinstall but I'd rather fix the issue here.

    Cleared out "/home/<username>/.wine/drive_c/users/<username>/Application Data/Natural Selection 2/Workshop/" (Linux) or "%appdata%/Natural Selection 2/Workshop/" (Windows)
    Mod list empty now!
