i both the game 2 weeks before release.
wen i first played the game, i really feld in love with it.
but there was a problem, my fps (frames per sec.) were around the 15/20 so it was very lagy.
i tried to fix that by setting the graphics all the way down and setting my graphics card to preform-ens .
and that worked, i new have 40 fps but wen i start to play a game, my windows crassest with some sort of blue screen, i don't know what that means but it closes my laptop and starts again.
this happens over and over again. i believe i re-installed the game more than 10 time's. i just have bin to the local computer repairer (or however you call it) and he didn't know what to do too. his advise was to try to update my video-card-driver. and that is what i did. but still, i get the same crass.
i double checked the system rec. and i belief that i have all that's necessary :

1 - Did the guy actually open your laptop? First thing I would check is, whether it might be overheating due to dust that's been collected inside.
2 - Are you trying to play the game on that resolution? Try lowering this value.
