Having trouble with making custom crosshair

I did try to follow step by step from here <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/forums/index.php?showtopic=114660" target="_blank">Link</a> but it seems that i failed it

Every time i published my custom crosshair - it become like default crosshair with black colour
Please help me

Try using Paint .NET. You can edit the dds file directly with it.

What format are you saving the .dds as?

I edited the .dds files with .psd after i downloaded the .dds format

Make sure you're saving it in 8.8.8.8 ARGB format for the .dds settings.
