since build 233, i now see shades cloaking and uncloaking everything around it every 2 seconds, which i also think is causing poor server performances the more shades there are

Saw this the other night shades all across the map were doing this constantly for a long time causing server fps to be killed. Something must be wrong in a loop somewhere causing this and then it eats the server.
At first we thought it was b/c an arc was glitched into a wall but after it died the issue continued. We then figured it was a bug caused by the obs but when the obs was gone the issue continued. We are not sure if the issue started after a scan or not though.
